The road prowess of the 4.0 TFSI's exceptional power is seamlessly transferred to the ground through an eight-speed tiptronic transmission and quattro permanent all-wheel drive. The Audi SQ7 comes equipped with two performance-oriented chassis components as standard: the adaptive air suspension sport complete with controlled dampers, and the innovation of all-wheel steering. The latter technology showcases its prowess at low speeds, as it adeptly turns the rear wheels by up to 5 degrees in the opposite direction, enhancing agility and minimizing the turning radius. As the speed increases to 60 km/h (37.3 mph) and beyond, these wheels shift slightly in the same direction, enhancing stability at higher speeds and during rapid changes of direction.

The advanced suspension package introduces another immensely effective module: the electromechanical active roll stabilization (eAWS) system. During straight-line driving, this system, empowered by electric motors that manipulate the stabilizers, contributes to elevated ride comfort and diminishes roll during brisk cornering. Additionally, this package incorporates the sport differential, which judiciously redistributes torque between the rear wheels during swift cornering, culminating in even more agile and precise handling.

The electronic chassis platform (ECP) serves as the central orchestrator, seamlessly interlinking the majority of the controlled chassis systems. This synergy leads to optimal handling precision, a sensation palpable to the driver. With the Audi drive select system, drivers have the freedom to choose among seven distinct driver profiles: comfort, auto, dynamic, efficiency, allroad, offroad, and individual.
