Our Process

At Import Marques, we prioritise our customers and make it our goal to ensure they find the perfect vehicle to suit their requirements. 

This is our process:

1. Vehicle Enquiry: Once we receive your vehicle export enquiry, we will be in contact with you to discuss your vehicle export. At this step, we will focus on your desired specification: from trim levels to exterior/interior colours and other customisation options such as wheels etc.
2. Sourcing the right vehicle: Our aim is to source a vehicle that meets your exact specification criteria. We will either try to find a stock car that best matches your spec or place a new build order based on your exact configuration. 
3. Shipping & Delivery: Once we collect your car from the supplier, we will arrange to ship it in fully insured 20 ft containers. We will send you photos of the car after it has been collected from the supplier and loaded onto the containers.
4. Paperwork: We will provide you will all the paperwork required to get the car through Seychelles customs. This includes the  
   • Bill of Lading
   • Marine Insurance Certificate
   • Certificate of Conformity (COC)  - this homologation document is required to register imported vehicles in Seychelles
